‘Living In The Material World’ Nominated For 2012 IDA Award

The International Documentary Association (IDA) announced nominations for the 2012 IDA Documentary Awards last week, and George Harrison: Living in the Material World was honored with a nomination for Best Limited Series.

This 28th edition of the world’s most prestigious awards for nonfiction filmmaking takes place on Friday, December 7th at the Director’s Guild in Los Angeles. Penn Jillette, the renowned illusionist, comedian, musician and best-selling author, will host the ceremony.

Screening committees of industry professionals based in New York City, Washington, DC, the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles determine the winner.
